William Strobbe (1958) started in education, shifted to wine, then found his niche in training, coaching, and consulting. His studies in economics, psychology, and innovative leadership shaped his interactive approach. At de Baak Management Center (2001-2017), he led Management Development and set up the Belgian branch for global programs. William specialized in training, consultancy, and coaching. Since mid-2017, as an independent trainer-consultant, he focuses on organizational, leadership, and personal development in education and global settings.
