Program

The core of the Masterclass is the study guide (in an online platform), which will guide you along EM topics during 15 weeks of self study and mentor sessions. The study guide consists of cases and suggested resources. At the beginning, the middle and the end we will work with the whole group; integrating the knowledge, making it practical, taking it to a higher level. These days will leave you inspired and energised.

Topics covered by this masterclass are approach to multi-system trauma, head injury, burns &electrical injury, abdominal trauma, facial trauma, prehospital trauma, traumatic cardiac arrest, trauma in the elderly and pregnancy and trauma related to hanging.

Admission requirements

This Masterclass is open to all SEH artsen KNMG and Emergency physicians. It is a post-graduate course. The course is delivered in English.

Accreditation

Accreditation for Dutch SEH artsen KNMG is 40 points.
